We quote a monthly allocation of time based on your workload and the skills you need. Your proposal sets out production hours, coordination, quality checks, and the rate for any additional work. Additional hours need your approval; unused-hour and cancellation terms are agreed before you start.

The aim is a consistent core team that learns your brand and workflow. Your designer works with you within the capacity and schedule we agree. A dedicated role does not mean full-time or exclusive availability unless that is included in your proposal.

KSTUDIO coordinates cover and the transfer of project context and working files. We agree the replacement process, expected timing, and any service commitments in advance. Task deadlines are confirmed against the brief, available assets, and review schedule.
