TL;DR
Email us from your account address, we delete your account data within 30 days and confirm by email. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
1) What we delete
On request we delete the personal data tied to your KSTUDIO account: your name, email address, avatar and any details received from a sign-in provider (Google, Meta, X or LinkedIn), your billing profile, blog comments and support conversations.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and accounting data, are retained for the statutory period (up to 5 years) and then deleted. They are no longer linked to a usable profile.
2) How to request deletion
Send an email to from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". If you signed in with a social provider, mention which one so we can find the account.
You can also revoke KSTUDIO in your provider settings (Google Account, Meta Apps and Websites, X Connected apps, LinkedIn Permitted services). That stops the sign-in but does not remove your data from us, so please email us as well.
3) Timeline and confirmation
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You receive a confirmation email once it is done. Backups are rotated within a further 30 days.
