Base + commission
Fixed fee after the first client pays

No fixed fee accrues before that payment. Percentage commission ends after month 12.
Each client has a separate 12-month commission period, starting with their first paid invoice. Commission is paid monthly from money actually received, against your invoice. Commercial terms are agreed in writing.

Before you apply
This is an independent B2B sales partnership under an agent agreement, with payment against invoice. You choose your channels and schedule. We provide sales materials, CRM access and founder support, with one 30-minute call per week. It is not a salaried employment position.
Gross profit is the agreed client revenue less the production costs defined in your agreement. Your commission is a percentage of that amount, not the full client invoice. We agree the calculation, eligible costs and payment rules in writing before you start.
Under Base + commission, the €1,200 monthly fee starts accruing only on the date the first payment from your first client actually reaches KSTUDIO. A signed contract or an issued invoice does not trigger it. No fixed fee accrues or is payable for any earlier period.
The percentage commission for that client ends after their 12-month period under either option. A new client starts a separate period with their first paid invoice. The ongoing fixed fee under Base + commission is governed by your agreement; the 12-month limit refers to each client’s percentage commission.
Focus on mobile game studios, app publishers, digital brands and agencies with a recurring need for creative production. Monthly engagements typically start at €2,500. The initial sales target is five paying clients within six months. We confirm that a prospect is eligible before you start working the opportunity.
