If a request requires re-generating a scene, changing text or branding already built into the visual, updating packaging details, or rebuilding motion-tracked elements, we scope it separately as new production. We'll flag that before moving forward.

Each package is built around one primary delivery format for your main platform. Additional reformats or platform adaptations like 1:1 or 16:9 are available for an extra fee. Mention them in the brief, and we'll confirm scope, pricing, and timing before production, since some adaptations require reframing or fresh generation.

After payment, you'll complete a short creative brief. For Sprint, the 72h delivery window starts on the next business day after your brief is submitted and any required assets are accessible. Weekends and Latvian public holidays are excluded from the 72h window. Any add-ons or extra format versions may extend the timeline where applicable, the additional turnaround will be shown during the order flow before production starts.
