Interactive End Cards — Package Terms
Detailed terms, deliverables, and conditions for all Interactive End Cards packages.
Last updated: April 2025. These terms apply to all purchases made through KSTUDIO.LV. By completing a purchase or submitting a brief you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
CARD SPRINT
€290/ One-time payment
What's Included:
- 1 interactive end card
- 1 interaction pattern (tap reveal, swipe carousel, scratch reveal, pick-one, or KSTUDIO recommends)
- Up to 2–3 distinct user actions
- Compatibility with 28 ad platforms
- 1 minor revision round included
- Delivery within 3 business days
- All source files and platform-ready exports delivered
Deliverables:
- •1 production-ready interactive end card in HTML5/playable format
- •Platform-ready exports for all 28 supported ad networks
- •Source files (HTML, CSS, JS) provided upon delivery
Delivery timeline:
Delivery within 3 business days from the start of production. Production starts after payment confirmation and receipt of all required creative assets from the client.
Terms and conditions:
- •Payment is required before production begins
- •Client must supply all required creative assets (logos, backgrounds, copy, brand kit) before production can begin; delays in asset delivery extend the delivery timeline accordingly
- •Scope is limited to 1 interactive end card with 1 interaction pattern and up to 2–3 user actions
- •1 minor revision round is included — a minor revision covers copy changes, colour/asset swaps, or minor layout adjustments that do not alter interaction logic
- •Additional revisions beyond the included round, or changes to interaction logic and scope, require a separate agreement
- •No refunds once creative production begins
- •Client retains full rights to all delivered files
- •KSTUDIO retains the right to showcase the end card as a portfolio example unless the client requests otherwise in writing before delivery
- •Platform compatibility applies to the 28 listed ad networks; compatibility with other platforms is not guaranteed
- •KSTUDIO is not responsible for platform rejection, policy non-compliance, or ad disapproval after delivery

€290 / card/ One-time payment (volume discounts apply)
What's Included:
- Minimum 2 interactive end cards
- One or multiple interaction patterns across the batch
- One or multiple creative briefs supported
- Shared assets reused efficiently across all variations
- Compatibility with 28 ad platforms
- 1 consolidated revision round for the entire batch
- Delivery: 4 business days + 1 business day per additional card
- Volume discounts: 5–19 cards — 10% off; 20+ cards — 15% off
Deliverables:
- •All production-ready interactive end cards in HTML5/playable format
- •Platform-ready exports for all 28 supported ad networks per card
- •Source files for each card delivered as a single package
Delivery timeline:
Base delivery is 4 business days plus 1 business day per additional card. Production starts after payment confirmation and receipt of all required creative assets and briefs.
Terms and conditions:
- •Payment is required before production begins
- •Client must supply all required creative assets and briefs before production can begin; incomplete briefs delay the timeline on a per-card basis
- •Volume discount tiers apply to the total cards ordered in a single purchase: 5–19 cards — 10% off; 20+ cards — 15% off
- •1 consolidated revision round is included for the entire batch — changes must be submitted as a single consolidated feedback document
- •Additional revisions beyond the included round, or changes to interaction logic and scope, require a separate agreement
- •Cards are delivered together as a complete package unless otherwise agreed in writing
- •No refunds once production has started on any card in the batch
- •Client retains full rights to all delivered files
- •KSTUDIO retains the right to showcase delivered end cards as portfolio examples unless the client requests otherwise in writing before delivery
- •Platform compatibility applies to the 28 listed ad networks; compatibility with other platforms is not guaranteed
- •KSTUDIO is not responsible for platform rejection, policy non-compliance, or ad disapproval after delivery
CUSTOM / ROLLOUT
Custom pricing/ Project-based, agreed per engagement
What's Included:
- Multiple interactive end cards across mechanics, markets, and languages
- Complex interaction patterns and branching logic
- Multi-market and multi-language localisation
- Optional bundle with video production
- Dedicated Project Manager assigned to the engagement
- Priority production queue
- Custom delivery timeline agreed per project
Deliverables:
- •All deliverables as agreed in writing prior to the engagement
- •Platform-ready exports for all required ad networks
- •Source files and full asset handover
- •Multi-language asset packages where applicable
Delivery timeline:
Timeline is agreed per project before the engagement begins. Production starts after written agreement and receipt of payment or deposit.
Terms and conditions:
- •Engagement begins only after scope and pricing are agreed in writing by both parties
- •Payment schedule is agreed per project
- •Scope changes after production begins may require additional time and cost, subject to separate agreement
- •Revision rounds and acceptance criteria are agreed per project
- •No refunds once production begins; cancellation terms are agreed per project
- •Client retains full rights to all delivered files upon receipt of final payment
- •KSTUDIO retains the right to reference the engagement as a portfolio or case study example unless a written confidentiality request is made before delivery
- •Platform compatibility applies only to platforms agreed in the project scope
- •KSTUDIO is not responsible for platform rejection, policy non-compliance, or ad disapproval after delivery
- •Localisation copy is implemented as provided by the client; KSTUDIO does not translate or proofread supplied text
General terms — all packages:
- • All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable
- • KSTUDIO is a creative production studio; we are not responsible for ad performance, ROAS, or campaign results
- • Interactive end cards are delivered as HTML5/playable ad units; client is responsible for trafficking and platform compliance
- • Client is responsible for ensuring all supplied creative assets are owned or properly licensed for commercial use
- • KSTUDIO is not liable for third-party intellectual property claims arising from client-supplied assets
- • Refund policy: no refunds once production has started; see package-specific terms above
- • Data privacy: we comply with GDPR and handle all data securely
- • Intellectual property: client owns all delivered files; KSTUDIO may use anonymized work for portfolio unless otherwise agreed
