Every creative vendor gets the same question before the first invoice: what CPI will this hit? The honest answer is that we do not know. Neither does anyone who hands you a number.

What production actually controls

A production studio does not control your attribution stack, your media buying, or your product funnel. A playable can be technically flawless and still lose to a bidding strategy. A brand film can be the strongest asset in the account and still sit behind an onboarding step that leaks users. Promising a CPI means taking credit for variables we never touch, and it means quietly borrowing the blame for them too.

Accountability does not disappear, it moves

Refusing to promise a number is not the same as refusing to be accountable. It moves accountability onto production variables that a buyer can inspect before paying:

  • Written scope. Every deliverable named as its own row, agreed before work starts.

  • Named specification. Format, dimensions, duration, engine and network requirements written down rather than assumed.

  • Measured file size. Measured on the shipped build against the network limit, not estimated from a similar project.

  • QA evidence. The devices covered, and the failures found and fixed, not a green checkmark.

  • Source and export handoff. Project files and exports delivered, so you are never locked to one vendor.

  • Delivery trigger. The condition that marks a row done, agreed in advance.

Every one of those is checkable by you, on the day of delivery, without taking our word for anything.

Only the approved scope counts

Anything outside the approved rows is a sales claim. If it is not in the scope, it is not a commitment, and it should not appear on your invoice. That cuts both ways. It protects you from vendors who sell outcomes they cannot control, and it protects the work from scope that arrives after the estimate.

Send the production scope you want made inspectable. We will come back with the specification, the measurement and the delivery trigger for each row. Where a row cannot be made inspectable, we will say so before you commit budget.
