A buyer should not need a finished technical acceptance checklist before starting a production conversation. The starting point can be the creative you want to make, adapt or develop.

Put the expected delivery into words

Our own teaching playable provides a filled example of four conditions. It identifies the build, names an action and expected result, records the source materials, and describes the handoff with instructions and a check record.

Those conditions give the buyer something concrete to receive. They also give the production partner a shared definition of the work before the scope is settled.

For an actual commission, the handoff can specify the agreed build, the source materials included, the instructions needed to open it and the record of the checks performed. The required environment and the person accepting the work belong in that agreement too.

Make one acceptance check concrete

In the teaching example, the selected action begins with Reset in Study C, followed by Slide right. The expected result is a token in the lower right cell after one move. The puzzle is not yet complete.

The model check recorded on 12 October confirms that movement rule. Browser, device and ad network acceptance remain separate checks. The record distinguishes what was checked from what still needs its own review.

This is a teaching specimen, not a completed client delivery or a claim that a campaign is ready to launch.

Define the criteria around your task

You do not need to translate your idea into every production detail before contacting us. The scope conversation can establish which result matters, what must stay unchanged, where the creative needs to run and which files you need at handoff.

That is the useful agreement to reach together: a concrete production task, a defined return package and a way to inspect it. The teaching specimen shows the shape of that agreement; your project supplies the requirements.
